The preheated mixture sinters at 1450°C during the burning stage in a rotary kiln that operates 24/7. Clinker is the result of chemical reactions that take place in the sintering area and produce a product with the right chemical and molecular composition. After that, air is blown through the clinker to cool it down and give it the right chemical structure. Before being stored or milled, this final clinker is crushed by clinker hammer crushers.
