The iron in iron ores contains impurities such as phosphorus, sulfur and alkaline substances. To produce a metallurgical processable concentrate, iron ore must be ground, enriched for concentration operations, and finally, the process of separating the concentrate from water for transportation and recovery.

Ravanshir manufactures these types of parts by employing high-chromium cast iron alloys to increase the wear resistance rate of these pumps. Using the ASTM A532 standard, Ravanshir was able to produce parts with high performance and a hardness of 60-62 HRC. These products have been manufactured by Ravanshir Steel for the Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Company and Golgohar Mining and Industrial Co so far.

In collaboration with Tehran Ghateh Company, Ravanshir Steel has manufactured vacuum pumps with a capacity of 18,000 cubic meters per hour for the first time in Iran. These pumps are utilized in all concentration Lines, including the AGmill and Polycam lines.
